The project started with a thorough inspection to identify the sources of flooding. In this case, rainwater was pooling near the garage due to poor grading and a lack of proper drainage paths. Each storm left behind standing water and mud that would wash into the garage, creating a recurring cleanup headache for the homeowner.

To resolve the issue, we regraded the area around the garage and installed a drainage system designed to redirect water away from the foundation. By adding trench drains and properly sloped channels, we ensured that rainwater now flows into designated outlets instead of collecting at the garage entrance. We also reinforced the ground with gravel and compacted soil to stabilize the area and prevent mud from washing in.
